After careful selection, grapes fermented at a controlled temperature of 28 ° C for 8 days, with a daily regimen of "delestage" and manual pumping. After the malolactic fermentation the wine remained in "cuvaisson" for 30 days. It was then matured in French oak barrels for 18 months (50% new barrels).
