Red ruby colour wine , youthful and fresh with warm aromas, were the notes of ripe red fruits stand out. In the mouth it shows lively acidity, with a balanced and persistent profile.
Grapes were de-stemmed without crushing, followed by 3 days cold maceration. Fermentation was done at 24° C with one daily riddle. Malolactic fermentation was done in vats.
