Grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness. Aragonez and Syrah varieties were harvested in the weeks before the rains of September; Touriga Nacional one week later. After total de-stemming and gentle crushing, followed a 3-5 days cold maceration in stainless steel vats. Fermentation was done at 25°C with two daily riddles. Aragonez wines made the malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. The final blend aged 9 months in 3rd and 4th year French oak barrels.
