Intense ruby colour with violet hues. The aroma is rich dominated by black fruit notes (blackberry, plum and blueberry) combined with mocha and smoke, as a result of well-integrated oak barrel. In the mouth it confirms the aromatic notes and stands out with lively acidity and good tannins. Long and elegant after-taste.

Made from the traditional Douro grape varieties Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca and Touriga Nacional from own vineyards, located in the Upper Douro Valley, this elegant and aromatic wine reflects all the richness of this terroir.
Grapes were handpicked to 16 kg cases and carefully selected at the winery. After full de-stemming and a soft crushing, they were subjected to maceration and fermentation in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 24-26 ° C. The cold maceration was adapted to each grape variety, being longer for Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca. Some Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz wine batches underwent a post-fermentation maceration. About 60% of the final blend aged for 6 months in French oak barrels (20% new).
