Companhia das Quintas launches limited edition Quinta de Pancas Arinto Reserva 2014.
This elegant and aromatic wine reveals the nobleness of Arinto variety, grown at one of the oldest Portuguese estates. A citrus coloured wine, fresh and mineral, with a long and persistent after-taste. Production: 3,015 bottles.
The grapes that origin this wine came from the vineyards of Quinta de Pancas located in Alenquer. The vineyards are spread on a chain of hills and valleys protected by “Montejunto” mountains. The Arinto grapes came from the plot 27 which is planted on the slopes. This vines have 21 years old.
In the nose, Quinta de Pancas Arinto Reserva 2014 is elegant and reveals some mineral notes (silex and graphite) complemented with tropical fruits (pineapple and Litchi) and nuts . On the palate it is fresh and mineral, with a long and persistent after-taste.
The inspiring companion for fish, codfish and poultry dishes as well as aged cheese.
